Float down the rapids of Moose Creek in a kayak, and don't leave Magruder Campground without first going for a hike along the South Route Old Nez Perce Trail. If you are in Idaho through camping season, you ought to go camping. The nice pick of local attractions, and the close by outdoors   recreation are delightful incentives to come. Salmon National Forest is a great place to stretch your legs a bit, and on a lovely day you get a great vista of Nick Wynn Mountain from Magruder Campground.
