So many local attractions and all the outdoors recreation will make you pleased you came. Outdoors recreation is abundant, some of the entertaining stuff you can do is fishing, swimming, hiking, and whitewater paddling, so it's totally impossible
    to get bored.
A campground like this is too great to miss. Tamarack is a very popular ski area in the neighborhood, and Ponderosa State Park is both splendid and delightful.
Having a great time in the Salmon River Mountains is simple. Payette National Forest is a brilliant
spot to stop by on a wonderful day, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Kennally Creek Campground; Buckhorn Trail is a tremendous local trail.
A lot of people stay here in order to be near Payette National Forest.
Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Salmon River - South Fork; going for a hike on the Foolhen Way is always a great adventure. This is a great campground. Lakes? Sure, Kennally Lakes is nearby; don't leave Kennally Creek Campground without first going for a hike along the Kennally Creek
