| | The Salmon River Mountains scenery is always beautiful. It is very dried out here at Hardscrabble Campground frequently; December is the month that gets the most snow; the driest month is July.
Don't forget to take a great little tour to Bingo Creek, and Cascade State Park is a perfect place to take a look at. Hardscrabble Campground is to be found in a neighborhood with scores of exciting things to do, and it is one of loads of tremendous campgrounds in this region.

wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Payette River - South Fork, and hey, Gotta ski right? Tamarack is a glorious location to do that. The great variety of local attractions and the great variety of outdoors recreation will make you pleased you came.

| enough of the Salmon River Mountains. A splendid location close to Hardscrabble Campground is Rocky Canyon, and there is a great hiking trail close by called the Air Line Trail. Places like Boise National Forest are nice to pop by; if the weather is delightful, you can go for a hike along the Lightning Creek Trail. When was the last occasion you went for a camping trip? Hardscrabble Campground in Idaho is a really tremendous site to spend some time.

and you can have a fine hiking adventure along the One Spoon Way. Through the days of summer highs here at Hardscrabble Campground reach the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 40's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 20's, and all through
the dark hours in the wintertime at Hardscrabble Campground temperatures plunge to the 10's. That right there is plenty already, but it keeps on going; Hardscrabble Campground has it all. If you're going to Hardscrabble Campground from Cascade, you won't be the only one, and going for a hike along the Sixmile Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity.
