| | This is a perfect campground. Get wet paddling on Clearwater River - South Fork, and going for a hike on the Three Blaze Trail is always a nice adventure. You need to get out, and Halfway House Campground is a pleasant local campground if you happen to be in Idaho. This camp ground is one of the tremendous spots to camp here in the Clearwater Mountains.
Halfway House Campground is a good place of common precipitation; the wettest month of the year is mostly January, that's the one that snows the most, and the driest month is July. Not enough hours in |
a day to enjoy the Clearwater Mountains. Payette National Forest is a tremendous spot to have a look at on a wonderful day.
Salmon River - South Fork has a pleasant whitewater paddling spot nearby, and you can go for a hike on the Elk Creek Trail. You absolutely have to have
| a thing about Halfway House Campground. Here at Halfway House Campground there are plenty of folks from Elk City; a glorious place to explore nearby is Lemon Creek Saddle.
But wait, there's more fun stuff to do in the Clearwater Mountains. Some close by water includes Lemon Creek, and don't leave Halfway House Campground without first going for a hike along the Reed Bar Trail. If you adore the outdoors, you won’t be disenchanted; there's hiking, and whitewater paddling, so you won’t run out of things to do.

and the good variety of outdoors recreation are glorious reasons to come. Halfway House Campground is located in a region with lots of cool things to do, and it is a fun spot for everybody. At Halfway House Campground during the summertime highs are in the 80's. Once the sun is
down it sinks down to the 40's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Halfway House Campground temperatures fall to the 10's.
Idaho is a pleasant spot for outdoors people. Paddling on Salmon River is so much fun, and a journey
to Nez Perce National Forest when you're here is never a bad idea.
