you're here at Grouse Campground; if you're here you will meet lots of folks from nearby New Meadows. Man, is there plenty of exciting things to do in the Salmon River Mountains. There is a delightful hiking trail near Grouse Campground called the Broken Leg Trail, and a tour to
Ponderosa State Park when you're here is never a bad idea. An exciting thing to stop at in the neighborhood of Grouse Campground is Goose Lake Dam, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Lava Butte Trail. Finally, camping season is here once more; Grouse Campground in Idaho is a great choice.
