| | This camp ground is one of the good places to camp here in the Salmon River Mountains. You have to get out, and Grouse Campground in Idaho is such a brilliant site. There's whitewater on Payette River - North Fork for all you adrenaline rush seekers, and the Lava Butte Trail offers hiking at its best. This is a wonderful campground. Goose Lake Dam is a spot that is near Grouse Campground, and Grouse Campground is right by the Crestline Trail. course, frequently in the 50's. Highs throughout the winter are usually in the 40's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Grouse Campground drop into the 20's. Grouse Campground is situated in a region with a lot of enjoyable things to do, and campgrounds
| like these are brilliant. You'll meet a lot of people from New Meadows here; you can run the rapids of Hard Creek. Around Grouse Campground you don’t get a lot of rain; through the month of May you get the most rain around here; the driest month is July. No way I can stop, cause I'm havin' a delightful time here at Grouse Campground. Hiking along the Fall Creek Trail is good fun, and Goose Lake is a nearby lake that you could check out. you will adore Idaho. This campground is so wonderful. A trip to Payette National Forest when you're here at Grouse Campground is never a bad idea. Grouse Campground is a very popular campground among folks of New Meadows. As if Grouse Campground wasn't enough, you can also
go whitewater paddling, hiking, swimming, and fishing, so it's out of the question to get bored. Be careful coming to the Salmon River Mountains, you might not ever wanna go back home again. A tour to Ponderosa State Park when you're here at Grouse Campground is a nice idea, and
do take a hike on the Box Lake Trail. That right there is a heap of fun stuff already but it goes on, the Salmon River Mountains has it all. Everybody nearby loves skiing at Brundage Mountain; you can have a glorious hiking adventure along the Broken Leg Trail. The tremendous selection of local attractions, and the tremendous variety of outdoors recreation are glorious reasons to come.
