Greylock Campground, Salmon River Mountains, Idaho   In Idaho you never run out of outdoors fun stuff. This camp ground is one of the glorious sites to camp here in the Salmon River Mountains. Greylock Campground gets very little rainfall; the month of December is the wettest with most of the snow while July is typically the driest month. Throughout the months of summer at Greylock Campground highs are mostly in the 70's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 30's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's while Greylock Campground overnight low temperatures during the wintertime are in the-10's. Salmon River - Yankee Fork has a brilliant whitewater paddling spot close by. Outdoors recreation   is plentiful, some of the amusing stuff you can do is whitewater paddling, and relaxing, so running out of exciting stuff to do won’t happen.
