to do around Grandjean Campground; Black Warrior Creek Trail is a tremendous local trail. So much cool stuff in the Sawtooth Range, just fantastic. The Bear Valley Creek Trail offers hiking at its best, and paddling on Marsh Creek is so much fun. Hiking along the Hot Springs Creek
Trail is wonderful fun; whitewater paddling is nice on Payette River - South Fork. At Grandjean Campground through the summertime months highs are in the 80's. All through the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 40's. During the winter the highs are generally in the 30's with temperatures at Grandjean Campground dipping down into the 10's through winter nights.
