Mountains, not enough time. This is a popular spot for folks from Elk City, and glorious hiking is available along the Reed Bar Trail. This campground is so wonderful. Near Fivemile Campground you stumble on the Nugget Point Trail which is a fine hiking trail, and close by you find Rainbow Gulch which is a glorious place to go to. The Elk Creek Trail is a magnificent hiking trail near Fivemile Campground, and Fivemile Creek is one of the streams nearby that might be worth visiting.
