Evergreen Campground called the Cabin Creek Trail, and whitewater paddling is perfect on Little Salmon River. Around Evergreen Campground you don’t get a lot of rainfall; December is the month that gets the most snow while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
This is such a fun spot for a campground. When you're here at Evergreen Campground it's always fun to pop by Cascade State Park; if the weather is great, you can go for a hike along the Cottonwood Basin Trail. Evergreen Campground is exceptionally well loved by people in New
Meadows. Yeah, come up here to the Wallowa Mountains for a great time.
