Creek is a beautiful stream that is worth visiting, and a tremendous place for whitewater paddling is Payette River - North Fork. This campground is so wonderful. The slopes of Bogus Basin are so inviting nobody can resist.

Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's. All through the wintertime highs are usually in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Canyon Campground. Canyon Campground is a location that is relatively dehydrated usually; through November this area sees the most rain, and July is the month with the least moisture.

Near Canyon Campground you find the Little Sage Hen Ridge Trail which is a good hiking trail, and Payette River is a wonderful whitewater spot close by.
