to Buckhorn Campground called the Blackmare Trail, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Salmon River - South Fork. On a delightful day at Buckhorn Campground you can take a hike along the Cougar Ridge Trail, and while you're here why not visit Buckhorn Bar.

This campground is a beautiful place to check out. If you come at the right time of year, Salmon River - South Fork offers some glorious whitewater; Ponderosa State Park is both wonderful and charming.
