Breakwater Campground is located in the Bitterroot Range. Good hiking is available along the Fearn Creek Trail, and Breakwater Campground is in the vicinity of Coeur d'Alene National Forest which is a beautiful place. Be careful coming to Breakwater Campground, you might not ever wanna go home again. There are some tremendous whitewater spots on Coeur d'Alene River - Little North Fork; some of the water nearby flows, like Breakwater Creek.
