The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's, and after the sun is down all through the winter temperatures at Banks Campground dip into the 10's. by Cascade State Park is a nice thing to do. Hiking along the Dry Buck Mountain Trail is nice fun, and there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at close by Bogus Basin. There's a lot of outdoors recreation available close by such as swimming, fishing, whitewater paddling,
and hiking, so you won’t run out of things to do. You truly shouldn't spend too much time indoors; you've got to get out of the house every so often, and Banks Campground in Idaho is a fine selection.
