Take a hike on the Air Line Trail, and dropping by Lucky Peak State Park is a good thing to do.
Coming to this campground is always a good idea. There's no
such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Bogus Basin, and hey, Bad Bear Creek is a brilliant local stream. Bad Bear Campground is pretty dehydrated generally; January is the month that gets the most snow while July is usually the driest month.
This campground is a good place
to stop by. Hiking along the Onion Valley Trail is great fun, and if you come at the right time of year, Payette River - South Fork offers some magnificent whitewater. So many local attractions and all the outdoors recreation are tremendous motives to come.
