This campground is so wonderful. While you're here at Apgar Campground, you could also have
    a look at scenic Andys Lakes. There are so many cool things to do next to Apgar Campground, and camping is such a fun thing to do, and this is a perfect place to do that.
So many local attractions and such an incredible array of things to do will make you glad you came. Outdoors
people generally love this sector of Idaho. For the period of the long summer days here at Apgar Campground, high temperatures usually reach the 80's. Summer overnight lows sink down to the 40's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Apgar Campground.
When you're here at Apgar Campground it's always fun to stop at Nez Perce National Forest, and don't leave Apgar Campground without first going for a hike along the Mule Creek Trail.

to do close to Apgar Campground. Clearwater National Forest is a good location to stretch your legs a bit, and you can go for a hike on the East Boyd Glover Roundtop National Recreation Trail. This is a wonderful campground. There's whitewater on Selway River for all you adrenaline rush seekers, and there's great hiking along the Beaver Creek Trail. Some of the things you can do here at Apgar Campground are hiking, whitewater paddling, fishing, and swimming, so you won’t get bored.
A normal amount of rain falls here at Apgar Campground; January is the wettest month with most snow while July is usually the driest month. There are some pleasant whitewater spots on Lochsa River; why not take a refreshing hike along the Elk Creek Trail.
