Ottumwa has The Beach which is a wonderful waterpark and located very near to the campgrounds. Golfing on the other hand (I am not a golfer)I know of Ottumwa's Golf and county club. Says Tyna Monohon There are at least 100 RV campsites with electric and water. There is a shower       house, shelter house and dump station. The park is located along highway 34 and inside the Ottumwa city limits. As of May 2011 it is a non-smoking campground but you can still have a campfire. Says Bill B I have stayed at   this campground several times over the past eight years. They spend very little in maintenance and the sites are neither level or roomy. The only thing good about the bath house is that the water is hot. No way privacy, no place to hang clothes in shower stalls. Has a nice walking or bike riding trail. What is the reason for ''No Smoking'' if you can have an open camp fire?
