Park are good to have a look at; a delightful place nearby is Turkey Gap. Whohoo, so many cool things in one place! The Blue Ridge Mountains is great! Near Poplar Springs Roadside Campground you stumble on the Stewart Trail which is a fine hiking trail, and naturally Cow Branch
flows through this region. Go for a hike on the Thorn Mountain Trail, and if you don't mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Moccasin Creek. If you fancy the outdoors, you'll love Poplar Springs Roadside Campground. Moccasin Creek State Park
is a glorious place to stretch your legs a bit, and whitewater paddling is pleasant on Tallulah River. So many local attractions and the brilliant variety of outdoors recreation will make you glad you came.
