Church Campground, Georgia   This part of Georgia is always a joy to pop by throughout camping season. There's a load of outdoors recreation available close at hand such as hiking, and whitewater paddling, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen. If you haven’t been to Ocmulgee National Monument, you have to schedule some time for it while you're here, and there's wonderful hiking along the Kinnard Horse Trail. Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting things next to Church Campground. High Falls State Park is a great place, and there are plenty of folks from     Juliette here at Church Campground. At this campground you will always have a great time. Places like Indian Springs State Park are great to stop by, and good hiking is available along the Ocmulgee River Trail. There's some flowing water close by, Deer Creek is a stream you can stop by while here, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Little Towaliga River. So much enjoyable stuff close to Church Campground, and if you're looking for a nice location to go camping for a couple of days, this is a perfect pick. Toms Shoals is a glorious site to spend some time at, and there are some great whitewater spots on Big Sandy Creek. This campground is a beautiful spot to visit. Go for a hike on the Allison Lake Wildlife Trail; there's whitewater on Towaliga River for all you thrill   seekers. When was the last time you went camping for a couple of days? Church Campground, Georgia is a nice location for getting out. Church Campground is frequently visited by the residents of Juliette. Church Campground is a reasonably wet place frequently with much rain; the month with most of the rain is March; the driest of the months is October. For the duration of the long summer days highs here at Church Campground reach the 80's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 60's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 50's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Church Campground. All the nice local attractions close at hand and such a nice variety of outdoors recreation will without doubt have you coming back time and again.
