Silver Ridge Campground, Connecticut   This section of Connecticut is always a diversion to check out during camping season. During your journey to Silver Ridge Campground you'll meet some people from Sterling for sure; hiking is a popular thing to do around Silver Ridge Campground; Ross Trail is a great local trail. Just can't get enough of Silver Ridge Campground. Get covered with water paddling on Clear and Branch, and you can go for a hike on the Border Trail. Silver Ridge Campground ordinarily gets a good deal   of precipitation; all through the month of November you get the most rain around here, and the driest of the months is February. The magnificent variety of local attractions and such a magnificent variety of outdoors recreation will make you delighted you came. But wait, there's more to do right next door to Silver Ridge Campground. For you golfers we recommend close by Foster Country Club, and don't leave Silver Ridge Campground without first going for a hike along the Walkabout Trail. There's some attention-grabbing stuff to make out at Ross Management Area Pond Dam right next door to Silver Ridge Campground, and there's good hiking along the Munyan Trail. At Silver Ridge Campground you can distinguish Gibson Hill; do pay a visit to Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor while you're here at Silver Ridge Campground.
