you're seeking a wonderful place to go camping, this is a perfect pick. There are some wonderful whitewater spots on Quinebaug River, and Mashamoquet Brook State Park is a wonderful place to go.
Lots of fun is at this campground. Going for a hike on the Munyan Trail is always a great adventure, and at Black Pond Campground you always meet someone from Woodstock Valley. Do stop by Chamberlain Pond Dam since you're here at Black Pond Campground, and at Black Pond Campground you can spot Morse Hill.
There's such a great deal of things to do at Black Pond Campground including whitewater paddling, hiking, playing golf, fishing, and swimming, so you won’t get bored. Lots of people stay here for the purpose of being near Woodstock Town Beach. This campground is a perfect spot to stop at. If you're a golfer then a fine nearby course is Royal Oaks Country Club, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Quaboag River.
Visit Black Hall River while you're here at Black Pond Campground, and beaches are good and Woodstock Town Beach is no exception. If you like swamps, you're in luck, Great Cedar Swamp is right nearby, and you're perhaps into lakes, Black Pond is one of those nearby.
