Lots of people stay here for the purpose of being near Woodstock Town Beach. This campground is a perfect spot to stop at. If you're a golfer then a fine nearby course is Royal Oaks Country Club, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Quaboag River. Visit Black Hall River while you're here at Black Pond Campground, and beaches are good and Woodstock Town Beach is no exception. If you like swamps, you're in luck, Great Cedar Swamp is right nearby, and you're perhaps into lakes, Black Pond is one of those nearby.
