| | This camp ground is one of the magnificent spots to camp here in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. West Fork Campground gets very little rainfall; throughout the month of July you get the most rain around here; the driest month of the year is June. There's so much stuff to do right next door to West Fork Campground, and if you're trying to find a great place to go for a weekend of camping, this is a great pick. With so much stuff to do in Colorado you'll never get bored. During the summertime, highs regularly are in the 70's at West Fork Campground. |

All through the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 30's. Through the winter highs are in the 20's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at West Fork Campground descend into the-10's. So many fun things to do in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains, not sufficient
| time. Some of the water nearby flows, like Wolf Creek, and on a magnificent day you can take a hike along the Rainbow Trail. While you're here at West Fork Campground it's a good idea to stop at Poison Park, and the Coal Creek Stock Drive is a magnificent hiking trail nearby.
