and Hugh Ray Flats is a great spot to stretch your legs a bit. This campground is so magnificent. There's whitewater on Dolores River for all you thrill seekers, and a trip here wouldn’t be complete without a trip to close by Mancos State Park. Good hiking is available along the Eagle Peak Trail; of course, this is a good neighborhood for folks who like lakes, Koeing Reservoir is a lake in the vicinity.
There are so many entertaining things right next door to West Dolores Campground, and it is one of loads of good campgrounds in this neighborhood. Whohoo, so many amusing things in one place! West Dolores Campground is excellent! Hiking is a popular thing to do around West Dolores Campground; Stoner Mesa Trail is a pleasant local trail; a wonderful location to stop at close by is Cabin Draw. You can run the rapids of San Miguel River right next door to West Dolores Campground, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Twin Spring Trail.
This part of Colorado has a good deal of outdoors activities on hand.
Some activities here at West Dolores Campground are swimming, fishing, whitewater paddling, and hiking, so it's out of the question to get bored. The tremendous variety of local attractions and the tremendous variety of outdoors recreation will undeniably have you coming back repeatedly.
