Twin Peaks Campground, Sawatch Range, Colorado   Twin Peaks Campground is a wonderful camp ground to use as a base while enjoying the Sawatch Range. On a great day at Twin Peaks Campground you can take a hike along the Main Range Trail; while you're here you will meet lots of folks from nearby Twin Lakes. Just can't get enough of Twin Peaks Campground. The Mount Massive Trail is a pleasant hiking trail in the vicinity of Twin Peaks Campground, and San Isabel National Forest is both tremendous and pretty. Colorado is a good place for outdoors people. The warmest time of the year at Twin Peaks Campground comes with high temperatures in the 70's with nighttime lows in the 40's. Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 30's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Twin Peaks Campground. And that's not all there is to do here in the Sawatch Range. Get covered with water paddling on Lake Creek, and at Twin   Peaks Campground you can observe Parry Peak. If the weather is splendid here at Twin Peaks Campground, you can go for a hike along the Mount Elbert Trail; soar down the rapids of Clear Creek in a kayak. Twin Peaks Campground is liked by the folks from Twin Lakes. This campground has so much fun stuff to offer. Twin Peaks Campground is close to White River National Forest which is a wonderful spot, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Arkansas River.
