Trapline Campground, Colorado

  You need to get out of the house; Trapline Campground in Colorado is a good place to go. Hiking along the High Trail is wonderful fun, and when you're here it's always fun to check out Yampa River Legacy State Park. If you fancy the outdoors, you won’t be dissatisfied; there's swimming, whitewater paddling, fishing, and hiking, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen. So many exciting things near Trapline Campground; it is a fun place for young and old.

Trapline Campground is right by the South Derby Trail, and a visit to Amphitheatre
    rejuvenates the spirit. Lakes are such serene places, why not stop at Crescent Lake in the neighborhood of Trapline Campground, and if you come at the right time of year, Grizzly Creek offers some great whitewater. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Trapline Campground, and through
summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. Through the wintertime the highs are frequently in the 20's, and overnight lows during the winter for Trapline Campground tend to be in the 0's.
Trapline Campground is pretty arid typically; the month with most of the rain is October, and the driest month of the year is January. Camping in Colorado is such an enjoyable activity. Coming to this campground is always a nice idea. Get covered with water paddling on White River - North Fork; why not take a refreshing hike along the Ute Trail.
Float down the rapids
 
of Sweetwater Creek in a kayak, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Trapline Campground; Oyster Lake Trail is a great local trail. And that's not all you can do here at Trapline Campground. Himes Peak is stunning and can be observed from Trapline Campground, and hey, Skinny Fish Creek is a brilliant local stream. This campground is so striking.
