Yeah, come up here to the San Juan and Jemez Mountains for a tremendous time. Lakes? Sure, Lake San Cristobal is in the vicinity; you can go for a hike on the Rough Creek Trail. This campground is so delightful. Don't leave Spruce Campground without first going for a hike along the Cebolla Trail. The Bondholder Trail offers hiking at its best, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Skyline Trail. Spruce Campground is usually a reasonably dry place.
