Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks is a great golf course nearby, and there's whitewater on Tenmile Creek for all you adrenaline people. Sentinel Island Campground is a campground that is incredibly esteemed by people of Dillon. This campground is always a diversion. Don't leave Sentinel Island Campground without first going for a hike along     the Miners Creek Trail, and you can run the rapids of Arkansas River. You might want to pay a visit to Salt Lick Gulch if you're here at Sentinel Island Campground, and Heaton Bay is not far at all. At Sentinel Island Campground through the long summer days highs are in the 70's. Summer night lows plunge down to the 40's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Sentinel Island Campground. Many people camp here to have a look at close by Arapaho National Forest. This campground is a striking spot to have a look at. Good hiking is available along the Wheeler Dillion Trail, needless to say you could also visit Old Dillon Reservoir if you're here; it's not far at all. There are   tremendous locations to discover along the Lily Pad Lake Trail, and since you're here you can play some golf at Keystone Resort Golf Course. All the magnificent local attractions close by and all the outdoors recreation are certain to keep you coming back time and again. A day on the slopes of Breckenridge is just what you need, and Arapaho National Forest is a fine place to visit on a beautiful day. You imagine that's enough? Just getting warmed up. A magnificent sight of striking Lake Hill is available from Sentinel Island Campground; you can go for a hike on the Ptarmigan Trail. So many cool things near Sentinel Island Campground; campgrounds like these are delightful. There's so many things to do at Sentinel Island Campground including whitewater paddling, fishing, hiking, playing golf, and swimming, so possibly you want to stay a bit. Some nearby water includes Meadow Creek; the scenery at Old Dillon Dam is wonderful. If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Breckenridge Golf Club is nearby, and going for a hike on the Mesa-Cortina Trail is always a great adventure. Sentinel Island Campground is usually a reasonably arid spot; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain, and the driest month of the year is February.
