Good hiking is available along the Long Ridge Stock Driveway, and you can never get enough of the delightful skiing at Wolf Creek. Papoose Creek is close   to Road Canyon Campground and is always a diversion to take a look at, and a journey to San Juan National Forest when you're here is never a bad idea. Don't leave Road Canyon Campground without first going for a hike along the Fern Creek Stock Driveway; you might also want to pay a visit to Long Canyon while you're here at Road Canyon Campground. The nice choice of local attractions, and such a nice variety of outdoors recreation are guaranteed to keep you coming back persistently. This is a nice campground. There's glorious hiking along the Middle Creek Stock Driveway, and Road Canyon Campground is right by the Cebolla Trail. We should all go camping for a couple of days now and then, and Road Canyon Campground in Colorado is a really great place to spend some time. Summertime highs at Road Canyon Campground typically tend to be in the 70's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 40's.
