and Jemez Mountains. River Hill can be made out from River Hill Campground, and there are some great whitewater spots on Henson Creek. This spot rocks, just look at all the exciting things to do in the neighborhood of River Hill Campground. Going for a hike along the Middle
Creek Stock Driveway will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region; get yourself into a kayak and hit Rio Grande. As if River Hill Campground wasn't enough, you can also go fishing, hiking, whitewater paddling, and swimming, so running out of enjoyable things to do won’t
happen. River Hill Campground is positioned in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. River Hill Campground is frequently a rather dry place; throughout the month of August you get the most rain around here while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
On a fine day at River Hill Campground you can take a hike along the Cebolla Trail; hiking along the Long Ridge Stock Driveway is wonderful fun.
