Potato Patch Campground, Sangre De Cristo Mountains, Colorado   Colorado is a wonderful site for outdoors people. You assume that's enough? Just getting warmed up. Don't forget to take a glorious little spree to West Fork North Fork Purgatoire River, and the Apishapa Trail is a nice hiking trail close by. At Potato Patch Campground enjoyable stuff to do is plentiful; it is a fun site for everybody. Brown Park is a brilliant location to check out, and you can have a perfect hiking adventure along the Peaks Trail. Potato Patch Campground is a great camp ground to use as a base while enjoying the Sangre De Cristo     Mountains. You'll really wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun things in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains. There are other sites here than Potato Patch Campground, for example Brown Lake; if you're here you can take a hike along the Wade Trail. Throughout the summer highs here at Potato Patch Campground reach the 80's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 40's. For the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 30's; overnight lows through the winter for Potato Patch Campground tend to be in the-10's. This campground is a great place to visit. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Eldora while you're here, and a tour to Lathrop State Park is a great idea. Outdoors recreation is bountiful, some of the fun stuff you can do is swimming, fishing, and hiking, so you won’t run out   of things to do. If you like the outdoors you'll like it here in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains. Take a hike on the Indian Trail. Bear Canyon is a great location to explore; if the weather is fine, you can go for a hike along the West Peak Trail. Not much rain falls here at Potato Patch Campground; most of the rain falls during August while January is commonly the driest month. The perfect selection of local attractions, and so much stuff to do are brilliant causes to come.
