Wolf Creek has 1,600 acres to ski on; 55% of the ski slopes are blue and green which is delightful for learners; 45% of the ski slopes are red and black. 39 feet of great snow fall annually on the 1,604-foot elevation difference of Wolf Creek, the nearby ski hill. Wolf Creek has 77 ski slopes and 7 different ski lifts. The snow is great at Wolf Creek, and Metroz Park Lower Dam is a stunning place. So many cool things in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains, just phenomenal.
 
If the weather is pleasant here at Park Creek Campground, you can go for a hike along the Silver Creek Trail. Grouse Mountain is clearly visible from Park Creek Campground, and do set aside some time for Goodrich Park since you're here at Park Creek Campground.
