Gate Canyon State Park is a splendid site to stop by on a pretty day. There are some glorious whitewater spots on Clear Creek, and don't leave Mizpah Campground without first going for a hike along the Mount Nystrom Trail. Around Mizpah Campground you don’t get a lot of rain;
