Colorado has such a large number of things to offer nature lovers. Some of the things you can do here at Marvine Campground are swimming, whitewater paddling, fishing, and hiking, so running out of entertaining stuff to do won’t happen.

Get drenched paddling
    on Colorado River, and if the weather is pleasant, you can go for a hike along the Bailey Lake Trail. This campground is so good. Near Marvine Campground you locate the Last Chance Trail which is a tremendous hiking trail, and on a good day you can take a hike along the Fayville
Trail.
You're almost certainly into lakes, Johnson Lake is one of those close by, and paddling on White River - South Fork is so much fun. Rifle Falls State Park is worth visiting if you're at Marvine Campground, and since you're here you can take a hike along the Oyster Lake Trail.
It's totally impossible to run out of exciting stuff to do right next door to Marvine Campground; it is a very fine campground. Around Marvine Campground you don’t get a lot of precipitation; throughout October this area sees the most rain; January meanwhile is the driest
 
month.
Throughout the summer months highs here at Marvine Campground get into the 80's while nighttime lows are regularly in the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's with temperatures at Marvine Campground dipping down into the 0's throughout winter nights. There's some flowing water close by, East Marvine Creek is a stream you can check out during your stay; a visit here wouldn’t be complete without a trip to close by Harvey Gap State Park.
This spot is great, just check out all the cool things to do in close proximity to Marvine Campground. Whitewater paddling is glorious on White River - North Fork, and there is a splendid hiking trail nearby called the Sleepy Cat Trail.
