campground. If the weather is wonderful here at Lost Man Campground, you can go for a hike along the Timberline Trail, and Roaring Fork has a great whitewater paddling spot nearby. Going to White River National Forest next to Lost Man Campground is a nice thing to do; whitewater
paddling is fine on Lake Creek. Lost Man Creek flows through this area, and hiking along the Sawyer Lake Trail is perfect fun. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Sawatch Range. A fine view of beautiful Independence Mountain is available from Lost Man Campground; paddling
on Fryingpan River is so much fun. Lost Man Campground is pretty dehydrated commonly; most of the rain falls all through August; February is when it's the driest.
