Lost Lake Campground is a very popular campground at an elevation of 9,600 feet inside Gunnison National Forest. Here there are 18 campsites available. Facilities include vault toilets, dumpsters, potable water. Fishing is very popular here as well. Motorized boats are not allowed. Lost Lake Campground opens in Mid June until Labor Day Weekend.
I just camped at Lost Lake 2 weeks ago! It is so beautiful and serene they were holding a wedding there 2 days after we left. With only 10 campsites, it is quiet and ideal for families or couples. A beautiful view of Lost Lake Slough and of the mountains in the background | |

There are water hookups, and of course there are restrooms here. Natural beauty surrounds this primitive campground, and at Lost Lake Campground you may get a more delightful wilderness experience than you would get at a more civilized campground.
