Very scenic scenery and brilliant skiing is what you get at Hesperus Ski Center, and do stop at Burnt Timber Creek since you're here at Kroeger Campground. That right there is a lot already, but it continues; Kroeger Campground has it all. And that's not all you can do here at Kroeger Campground. At Kroeger Campground you can spot Parrott Peak; there are brilliant places to explore along the Bear Creek Trail. There's a load of outdoors recreation available around here such as hiking, and whitewater paddling, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen. This is a magnificent campground. There is a delightful hiking trail near Kroeger Campground called the Highline Loop Trail, and Mancos State Park is a good spot to stretch your legs a bit.
