Good hiking is available along the Main Range Trail, and you might also want to pay a visit to No Name Gulch since you're here at Homestake Campground. All the outdoors amusing stuff in the Sawatch Range will keep you coming back again and again. Don't leave Homestake Campground without first going for a hike along the Half Moon Trail, and you beyond doubt must stop at White River National Forest since you're here. Visit Girard Creek since you're here at Homestake Campground, and there's whitewater on Cross Creek for all you adrenaline rush seekers.
