San Juan Mountains. There are some fine whitewater spots on Canyon Creek; a pleasant spot is Nary Draw. With so many things to do in Colorado you'll never get bored. Haviland Lake Campground gets a normal amount of rain; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain,
and the driest month is June. These mountains rock, just look at all the amusing stuff to do in the San Juan Mountains. Go for a hike on the Goodhope Stock Driveway; there's whitewater on Hermosa Creek for all you adrenaline junkies. A quick visit to Canyon Creek close to Haviland
