Hiking is a popular thing to do around Granite Campground; Fish Creek Falls Trail is a tremendous local trail, and obviously Granite Creek flows through this area. Granite Campground gets very little rain; through December this area sees the most snow while August is regularly the driest month. Summer at Granite Campground comes with high temperatures in the 80's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 40's. Highs all through the wintertime
