Eggleston Campground is right next door to Eggleston Dam which is a stunning location certainly worth a visit, and Kannah Creek is a tremendous whitewater spot close by. This campground has so unbelievably much. Vega
State Park is a good place to visit on a lovely day, and you can have a glorious hiking adventure along the Foot Trail. Colorado is a pleasant outdoors state.
Take a hike on the Lily Lake Trail; at Eggleston Campground you can see Horse Mountain. There's plenty of outdoors
recreation available nearby such as whitewater paddling, and hiking, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen.
There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Powderhorn, and Eggleston Campground is right by the Crag Crest Trail. At Eggleston Campground fun stuff to do is bountiful, and camping is such an enjoyable activity, and this is a pleasant location to do that.
