This is such a splendid campground. Do visit Evergreen Lake near Cub Creek Campground, it's a lovely lake, and you can have a nice hiking adventure along the Pine Ridge Trail.
Not sufficient hours
| in a day to enjoy this place. Life's too short to enjoy all the amusing stuff in the Front Range. Float down the rapids of Bear Creek in a kayak, and you'll meet a lot of folks from Evergreen here. In Colorado you never run out of outdoors amusing stuff.

Golden Gate Canyon State Park when you're here at Cub Creek Campground is a good idea, and as expected, A visit to Parmakian Gulch is always fun. All through the warmest time of the year at Cub Creek Campground highs are regularly in the 60's. When the night sets in temperatures

This is such a pretty campground. Skiing at Eldora is one of those things you just must do; get yourself into a kayak and hit Clear Creek. So much cool stuff in the Front Range, just phenomenal. Going to Pike National Forest right next door to Cub Creek Campground
is a good thing to do, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Rolling Creek Trail. Take a side visit to Chicken Creek, and hiking along the Payne Creek Trail is brilliant fun.
Cub Creek Campground is a good place of common rain; the month of April is the wettest with most of the snow while October is generally the driest month.
