Colt Spring Campground is generally a pretty dried up site; the wettest month of the year is commonly August,
that's the one that rains the most while June is the month with the least amount of precipitation. So many local attractions and all the outdoors recreation are wonderful reasons to come. Loads of people camp here to be close to San Isabel National Forest.
