| | Castle Creek Campground is a campground that is fantastically prized by visitors from Aspen. A quick visit to Devaney Creek in the vicinity of Castle Creek Campground is a splendid idea, and lots of folks from Aspen come here. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Trail Riders Trail, and a wonderful spot close by is Waterfall Gulch.
Any time is a wonderful time at Castle Creek Campground if you go for the outdoors. The Star Trail offers hiking at its best, and if you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Roaring |
Fork. This is such a good campground. Snowmass has great slopes and a friendly staff, and do take a hike on the Matchless Trail. Going for a hike along the Sawyer Lake Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area; the sight of wonderful Ashcroft Mountain is tremendous.
| With so many things to do in Colorado you'll never get bored. Summertime highs at Castle Creek Campground generally tend to be in the 80's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's usually in the 40's. Highs during the winter are regularly in the 30's; after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Castle Creek Campground fall into the 0's.
Taylor Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop by, and White River National Forest is a perfect place.

This is such a pretty campground. Have a magnificent hiking adventure along the Granite Basin Trail, and Sylvan State
Park is a pleasant site to stop at.
Castle Creek Campground is a location that is relatively dried up frequently; during July this area sees the most rain, and February is when it's the driest. It's totally impossible to run out of enjoyable things to do close to Castle Creek Campground; loads of folks are fond of coming here to escape.
