Eager to set up that camp site; Big Blue Campground in Colorado is the outdoors at its most excellent. That right there is heaps of cool things already but it goes on, the San Juan Mountains has it all. There's some flowing water close by, Soldier Creek is a stream you can have
a look at while here, and close by you locate the Alpine Trail which is a nice hiking trail. It's not possible to run out of amusing stuff to do close to Big Blue Campground; when you get to enjoy this place for a while you will feel like a new person.
You'll in fact wish for
more hours in a day to enjoy all the exciting things in the San Juan Mountains. There is a great hiking trail close to Big Blue Campground called the Fall Creek Trail, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Cimarron River.
