Big Bend Campground, Medicine Bow Mountains, Colorado

While you're here at Big Bend Campground you can take a hike along the Roaring Fork Trail, and in case you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Joe Wright Creek. Big Bend Campground is situated in the Medicine Bow Mountains. Going for a hike on the North Lone Pine Trail is always a brilliant adventure; a nice place for whitewater paddling is Cache La Poudre River. Bend Campground is a good local campground if you happen to be in Colorado. Some activities here at Big Bend Campground are hiking, and whitewater paddling, so you won’t get bored. The wonderful local attractions and the close by outdoors recreation are nice reasons to come.
Not much precipitation falls here at Big Bend Campground; July is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month is December. This is beyond doubt a pleasant campground. There is a great hiking trail in the neighborhood of Big Bend Campground called the Killpecker Trail, and a visit to Roosevelt National Forest is a fine idea.
