  Beaver Lake Campground is exceptionally popular with the folks of Cimarron. Loads of folks stay here so they can go to Ridgway State Park. Colorado is a great spot for outdoors people. This is such a charming campground. Don't leave Beaver Lake Campground without visiting Ridgway State Park, and during your trip here you'll meet some people from Cimarron for sure.
A trip to Beaver Lake Campground wouldn’t be complete without a spree to close by Crawford State Park, and nearby you find the Little Cimarron Trail which is a tremendous hiking trail. Beaver
    Lake Campground is pretty dried out usually; the month of September is the wettest with most of the rain; February is when it's the driest.

At Beaver Lake Campground through the days of summer highs are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's, and nighttime lows at Beaver Lake Campground throughout the wintertime frequently descend into the 10's.
Beaver Lake Campground is a splendid camp ground to use as a base while enjoying the San Juan Mountains. This is such a brilliant campground. The Alpine Trail is a great hiking trail in the neighborhood of Beaver Lake Campground, and Cabbage Patch is a pleasant place to check out.
Some of the things you can do here at Beaver Lake Campground are hiking, swimming, fishing, and whitewater paddling, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen. The delightful pick of local attractions, and so much to do will make you pleased you came.
Not far from Beaver Lake Campground, you'll discover Cowboy Lake which is a delightful lake, and there are some great whitewater spots on Henson Creek. Whohoo, so much entertaining stuff in one place! The San Juan Mountains rocks! Head up to Kendall Mountain and strap some skis to your feet, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Deer Creek Trail.
