  If you don't mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Encampment River, and why not explore a swamp like Twisty Park if you're here at Beaver Creek Campground. All the wonderful local attractions in close proximity and such a wonderful variety of outdoors recreation are nice reasons to come. This campground is so magnificent.

The surroundings of this campground have such an incredible array of things to offer. Take a hike on the Beaver Creek Stump Park Trail, and Steamboat is a very popular ski area close at hand. With such a great deal of things to do in Colorado you'll
never get bored. High temperatures at Beaver Creek Campground during the warm months are in the 80's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 40's. Highs all through the winter are commonly in the 30's, and nighttime lows in the 0's for Beaver Creek Campground.
So much enjoyable stuff next to Beaver Creek Campground, simply remarkable. Everybody loves Routt National Forest, and you can have a tremendous hiking adventure along the Fryingpan Trail. Some activities here at Beaver Creek Campground are fishing, hiking,
 
swimming, and whitewater paddling, so you won’t run out of things to do. It is very dried out here at Beaver Creek Campground mostly; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain, and the driest month is January.
There are so many exciting things to do right next door to Beaver Creek Campground; lots of folks love to come here to get away. And if that's not enough there's a load more cool stuff to do in the Park Range. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always have a look at close by Big Creek Lakes; why not take a refreshing hike along the State Line Trail. North Platte River has a good whitewater paddling spot close by, and the Big Creek Trail offers hiking at its best.
Just can't get enough of the Park Range. Paddling on Elk River is so much fun, and Pearl Lake State Park is worth a visit.
