State Forest State Park. Aspen Campground gets very little rain; May is the wettest month with most rain while January is typically the driest month. This campground is a pretty place to go to. Hiking along the Bockman Trail is great fun, and everybody close by loves skiing
at SolVista. There are some great whitewater spots on Cache La Poudre River, and the Bill Creek Trail is a tremendous hiking trail close by. If the weather is perfect here at Aspen Campground, you can go for a hike along the Parika Trail, and obviously, everyone loves Roosevelt
National Forest. Some activities here at Aspen Campground are swimming, hiking, whitewater paddling, and fishing, so you won’t run out of things to do.
