  At this campground you will always have a glorious time. Going for a hike along the Michigan River Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this site. On a magnificent day at Aspen Campground you can take a hike along the Illinois River Trail, and there's whitewater on Willow Creek for all you adrenaline rush seekers. Mill Creek is a striking stream that is worth taking a look at, and not far from Aspen Campground you'll find North Michigan Creek Reservoir which is a charming lake.
The splendid
    variety of local attractions and so many things to do are perfect causes to come. If you come at the right time of year, Joe Wright Creek offers some wonderful whitewater, and a spree to State Forest State Park invigorates the soul.
At Aspen Campground enjoyable stuff to do
is plentiful, and it is a fun site for the whole family. This sector of Colorado is always a pleasure to pop by through camping season. During the months of summer highs here at Aspen Campground get into the 70's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 30's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 20's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Aspen Campground drop into the 0's.

Aspen Campground gets very little rain; May is the wettest month with most rain while January is typically the driest month. This campground is a pretty place to go to. Hiking along the Bockman Trail is great fun, and everybody close by loves skiing at SolVista.
There are some great whitewater spots on Cache La Poudre River, and the Bill Creek Trail is a tremendous hiking trail close by. If the weather is perfect here at Aspen Campground, you can go for a hike along the Parika Trail, and obviously, everyone loves Roosevelt National Forest.
Some activities here at Aspen Campground are swimming, hiking, whitewater paddling, and fishing, so you won’t run out of things to do.
