But wait, there's more to do near Aspen Campground. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Woods Creek; nearby you stumble on the Argentine North Fork Trail
which is a tremendous hiking trail. It's completely out of the question to run out of enjoyable stuff to do near Aspen Campground; if you're trying to locate a glorious place to go camping for a couple of days, this is a good choice. This campground has so much entertaining stuff to offer. There is a good hiking trail next to Aspen Campground called the Old Boreas Wagon Road, and don't leave without going to Arapaho National Forest.
This campground is so tremendous. Get soaked paddling on Clear Creek; a magnificent site like Spinney State Park is too
 
good to leave out. There are nice sites to discover along the Grays Peak Trail, and you can hit the slopes at Arapahoe Basin nearby. All the good local attractions in the vicinity and so many things to do are splendid motives to come.
The panorama of Jefferson Hill from Aspen Campground is delightful, and going for a hike on the Argentine Trail is always a great adventure.
Aspen Campground is mostly a quite dehydrated place; during the month of July you get the most rain around here, and January is when it's the driest. Looking for some flowing water? Try Jefferson Lake Fork; there are some brilliant whitewater spots on Tenmile Creek. Aspen Campground is a popular spot with residents of Grant.
Camping out unquestionably is a pleasant thing to do, and Aspen Campground in Colorado is such a glorious place.
