Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Indian
    Creek Klamath Tributary, and hiking along the Bolan Lake Trail is great fun. If you are in California all through camping season, you should go camping.
There's no way somebody can get bored here in the Klamath Mountains. You might want to pay a visit to Tom Gray Gulch if you're
here at West Branch Campground, and you can have a great hiking adventure along the Althouse Trail.

West Branch Campground is in close proximity to Six Rivers National Forest which is a scenic location, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Boundary Trail.
Any time is a brilliant time at West Branch Campground if you have a thing about the outdoors. You can run the rapids of Elk Creek next to West Branch Campground; the East Fork Sucker Creek Trail is a glorious hiking trail nearby. The good local attractions and so much to do will undeniably have you coming back repeatedly.
All the water falling down from the sky makes West Branch Campground a wet place; December is when you get the most rain here while July is generally the driest month. High temperatures at West Branch Campground during the days of summer are in the 80's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 40's. Through the winter highs are generally in the 40's while the cold winter nights at West Branch Campground are in the 30's.
