Upper Campground, California   Upper Campground is a wet location that gets a large amount of precipitation; the month with most of the rain is January, and the driest month is July. A number of people choose Upper Campground to stop at nearby Samuel P. Taylor State Park. If only every spot had this much outdoors entertaining stuff, what a great world it would be. Lakes are delightful; Hagmaier Pond South is a lake that's right next door to Upper Campground; a great beach close by is Palomarin Beach. At Upper Campground through the warm days of summer highs are in the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 50's while the cold winter nights at Upper Campground are in the 30's.   Near Upper Campground you hit upon Wildcat Canyon which is a good place to stop at, and a tour to Samuel P. Taylor State Park when you're here is never a bad idea. It's really unhealthy to spend too much time indoors; you've got to get out of the house every so often; Upper Campground in California is a fine pick. So many local attractions and all the outdoors recreation are guaranteed to keep you coming back again and again. The surroundings of this campground have so much to offer. Going for a hike on the Glen Camp Trail is always a good adventure, and Mount Tamalpais State Park is a nice place to have a look at on a pretty day. Man, is there heaps of entertaining things to do near Upper Campground. There is a fine hiking trail near Upper Campground called the Lake Ranch Trail, and if you're here, you could take a look at Devils Gulch Creek. If the weather is pleasant here at Upper Campground, you can go for a hike along the Bolema Trail; Wildcat Beach is a beach nearby that you can stop by. If you go for the outdoors, you won’t be disenchanted; there's whitewater paddling, fishing, hiking, and swimming, so it's not possible to get bored.
